1. Shipping & Delivery Methods

Domestic Shipping

• We use  SF Express for standard deliveries by default. Most product orders arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

• For urgent needs (e.g., holiday gifts), you can opt for SF Express Premium at an extra cost, with delivery in 1 - 2 business days. For customized tea samples or limited - edition new teas, “Ships within 72 hours” will be noted on the product page (as small - batch preparation is required).

International Shipping

• We support deliveries to EU. We partner DHL Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination (automatically shown at checkout). Delivery takes 7 - 15 business days (subject to customs clearance).

2. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are auto - calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. You are responsible for import duties and taxes. Check local customs policies before ordering.

• Free standard shipping applies to orders 200EUR or more. 

3. Order Processing & Tracking

• Processing Time: Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are dispatched the same day; orders after 16:00, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day. If there’s a temporary shortage of tea ingredients (e.g., for special tea varieties), we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll get an email/SMS with a tracking number. Track your package via the link in the email or by entering the number on [Courier/Logistics Provider Website].

4. Exception Handling

• Delays/Damage: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time or arrives damaged (e.g., broken packaging, leakage), contact our support team within 48 hours (Email: [Your Support Email]; Phone: [Your Support Phone]). We’ll help with courier claims and arrange replacements.

• Customs & Clearance: For international orders held up in customs, we’ll provide necessary shipping documents to assist. If the order is returned due to failed customs clearance (caused by incomplete personal documentation), you’ll cover the return shipping costs.
